Laura
Daniel
Co-owner, Laura has been practicing yoga for over
14 years and teaching for over nine. She began her
practice in the Iyengar tradition where she received
a good foundation in the basics or alignment and form.
Her practice then turned to a more fluid vinyasa form
where she studied at the Yoga Institute in Maitland
Florida. She began her practice of Ashtanga in 1999
and has continued to follow that path. She has studied
with prestigious yogis like Eric Shiffmann, David
Swenson, Beryl and Thom Berch, Doug Swenson to name
a few. “My purpose as a teacher is to help students
find a path that is right for them. Helping them find
a yoga practice that will enhance their lives.”

Krystal
Magwire
Krystal is co-owner of Winter Park Yoga. She has been
practicing yoga 7 years in the methods of Kundalini
Yoga, Hatha Yoga & Anusara Yoga. Krystal has also
studied Eastern Spirituality, Healing power of crystals,
woman studies and alternative health.

Brian
Friedman
Brian's yogic path began in 1993 when he was introduced
to the Sivananda stlye. Since then, he has studied
Iyengar, Power Yoga, and Astanga Yoga. "It is
easy to apply yoga to one's life within the setting
of a class or a studio. My hope is to teach people
to apply yoga beyond the confines of the classroom."

Krista
Shirley
Krista Shirley is certified in Mat Pilates and Ashtanga
Yoga. She received her Mat Pilates teaching certification
through Pilates and Fitness Association (PAFA) and
she completed her Ashtanga teacher training with Manju
Jois. She enjoys teaching many different types
of classes including Power Yoga, Yogalates, Pilates,
and the Ashtanga Primary Series. Krista maintains
a solid daily practice of the Ashtanga Primary Series,
but she also studies other styles of yoga including
Bikram, Iyengar, and Power Yoga. Krista will
be continuing her education in Ashtanga yoga by attending
a month intensive teacher training program in Ko Samui,
Thailand in November of this year.
